co-founder of Schakolad Chocolate Factory and his son Edgar, will teach you the art of chocolate
confectionery. Your training in production will range from simple chocolate shapes to the most
delicious truffles you have ever tasted. We will guide you through the process step by step until you are
able to prepare the products yourself.
